eDDR Duplicate Issue - Resolved(updated October 16, 2013)
The issue that caused eDDR reports pulled between October 10 – October 15 to include duplicate records has been resolved. eDDR reports can now be pulled without issue. If you have any questions, please contact
Starting with the eDDR report on November 27, 2013, pledge payments will now be included in the eDDR report. These gifts will have Pledge Payment populated in the segment column.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: CHANGES TO EDDR LOGINS
The American Red Cross has begun moving to a single email system. If your email account has been migrated to Office 365, you will need to log in to the eDDR website using a different set of credentials than you did in the past.
IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN MIGRATED TO OFFICE 365 then you must log in using your email address. This email address will be in the format of Firstname.Lastname@redcross.org. Your password is the same password you use to log in to the email system. It is no longer necessary for you to select a Domain, and the field will be disabled once you type in your email address.
IF YOUR ACCOUNT HAS NOT BEEN MIGRATED TO OFFICE 365 and you do not have a Firstname.Lastname@redcross.org email address then you should log in to the eDDR website with the same credentials you use to access CrossNet. For example, if your CrossNet username is ARCEXT\BartonC then you should enter BartonC as your username and select the ARCEXT Domain. Your password is the same password that you use to log in to CrossNet.

As a result, your account may not yet been assigned to your business unit, or you may have inadvertently been assigned to the wrong location. EDDR PLUG-IN UPDATE
It has come to our attention that a number of Chapters have encountered challenges in implementing the eDDR Plug-In. We have worked with Blackbaud to address this issue and they have provided an updated installation file for the Plug-In. We have made this file available to you on the eDDR portal.
